We manage and rent villas across Rawai and Nai Harn, in the southern bay of Phuket.
Do you manage villas for owners who don't live in Thailand?
Yes. Our concierge service covers everything remotely — listing, pricing, cleaning, maintenance and guest care — with a monthly report sent to owners wherever they are.
When will villas be available to buy?
